Here are the steps to post a topic.

1. travel to the location you want. (wolves system section is closed for posting)
2. click start here
3. read the rules
4. post your topic in the sub-forum of that section

The above photo is an example of where they should be.

We may bring everything up a level in the future if it helps with less confusion.
